Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be:
- In original condition
- Unused and unwashed
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance
- Customized or personalized items
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Damaged items (unless damage was due to shipping)
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago

3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
1. Contact our customer service team at hello@nevemont.com
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
4. Ship the item to us using the address provided
5. Include your RMA number on the package

4. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Exceptions: Returns due to defects or shipping damage are prepaid
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method

5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refund amount does not include original shipping costs
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to opened items

6. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges at no additional cost (excluding shipping).

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
